This program allows you to use the Internet to create a LAN connection to other computers. Its a direct connection and cannot be used by anyone unauthorized. I figured that if you host a LAN party, you could use this program so HSP members who aren't able to go will be able to join you. Its easy, actually its Raynnewbe easy... really no lie!
