|Section 1.0 General Rules and Regulations
1.1 No Graphic Material relating to a macabre or pornographic nature. Any pictures or links related to such content will not be tolerated.
1.2 No Racism, threatening, personal attacks, or hateful retaliation of any kind against a member or members of this community. Debate is welcome, but there is a fine line between what is appropriate and inappropriate. Respect is the element essential to the construction of good communities. Excessive Flaming or Flame bait will not be tolerated. Topics will be closed or deleted. Excessive verbal abuse or coarse language will not be tolerated and will result in a ban.
1.3 No links of a malicious nature are to be posted anywhere in the forums. Those responsible will be dealt with severely.
1.4 No Advertising or Spamming in any form will be tolerated. Spamming refers to unsolicited, random, posts irrelevant to the topic or insufficient in coherence and viability. Examples of spam include "Lol" "Cool" "Thanks" "That's cute" "Ok" "I agree", etc, etc.
1.5 Images deemed irrelevant to the topic are annoying and are considered as spam.
1.6 Anything considered extremely irrelevant to the topic title will not be tolerated. The extent of which a post is considered irrelevent is wholly decided by the discretion of the moderator(s) of the specific forum. Topics and Titles will be closed or deleted and members given a warning. Additionally, this include threads posted in the incorrect forums.
1.7 Any form of thread bait (abuse of a title to attract members to the topic, however the starting post has no relevancy to the title whatsoever) will be dealt with accordingly.
1.8 Posted images must not exceed the dimensions 640x480. Members must either resize the images, or create thumbnails for the specified images (using a image hosting services such as www.imageshack.us). A sucession of large images will also not be tolerated (exceptions to this will be made clear and will only occur in special circumstances),
1.9 Please respect the decision of the moderators and those of higher rank. Appropriate action will be taken against any member found negatively questioning the decision or discretion (or intelligence) of moderators. Any complaints about moderators must be directed towards administrators.
1.10 These rules are subject to change without notice.
1.11 Administrators are all mighty (literally) and decisions made by administrators are final and will not be discussed.
1.12 Exceptions to some of these rules may occur ; depending on the contextual circumstance. However, many of these rules can never be broken. Repeat offenders will be banned.
1.13 Double or Multiple posts in succession is not tolerated on the boards and may be considered as spam, or an attempt to increase a member's post count. This may result in the withdrawal of certain privileges a member may have or a ban on their account.
Section 2.0 Avatars and Signatures
2.1 Avatars must not exceed 100x100 pixels. Images found in signatures must not exceed 400x100 in total.
2.2 Signature or Avatar content related to an inappropriate nature will be removed.
2.3 File sizes for signatures should not exceed 50kb in size. This is to ensure members on low bandwidth connections can still browse the forum sufficiently.
Also please do not ask when Syuura will be releasing the next chapter of [insert series here]. Right now Syuura is quite busy with projects and we have limited staff (especially since Syuura.com went down we've had problems contacting all the staff) so releases may be slow.
