Not sure who Sgt Kelly is, but just so you know - the default UED windows docking setup is fine for most configurations.
If on the other hand, if you feel you want to change the window docking settings, be prepared to restart UED or even reset/delete your 'UnrealEd.ini' many times before you find a configuration of docked browser windows you like.
UED in general, doesn't handle the window docking well at all! o.O
From my experience, its either the first or last window in the browser being un-docked that creates that error, and if it only shows the one 'texture window' it sometimes creates other errors - from all the windows not being docked together.
