I'm already done with it... i'll send it to you sunday cause I'll be at a Fly In all day today. I also have a suggestion for the elevators... they need to be the fancy ones in hotels with elevator music. Me thinks that would be ironic with the zombie situation. :D _________________ .........then on the shore

But a remote lab where your frantically fighting zombies & assorted minions from a netherworld? It doesn't really fit! Of course irony never does! Wangs call!
Plus Wang is already pressed for time! That 2-3 days doesn't leave much time for anything else! ie. perfect aesthetics, audio or visual!
I was having to wait at least 2-3 minutes each time I rebuilt just the labs(of course that includes bot pathing tho!), I can imagine Wang is going to be waiting a lot for the whole map to rebuild!

Well Ill probably finish it next week. Got a few more ideas i want to put in.
examples include:
Fire blast doors: they can only be opened on one side, they will close very slowly as well. I'll include small crawl spaces to bypass them. _________________

Are you going to put a ventilation system in this one eventually? I'd like to help if you are!
I'm currently working on another project as well, 'Using the Trans as a weapon in an Arena match' for MJ

Progress Report:
Overall Status: 70% complete
In the intrest of time and the fact this is a large ass map, a few things have been cut out.
-No vent system
-No firedoors
-Few rooms deleted (kitchen, and some rooms on level 2)
FYI: there are 20 rooms availiable for personalization! Send your request via pm to me.
Other than that its nearly done. all thats really left is ground level and to put it together. _________________

Ok, I declare Level 2 (almost) Finished!
I say (almost) because there may still be more requests for personalized rooms.
Heres some screenshots:
The Main hall. It has a make-shift barricade created in the middle. Obviously this didnt work well for the previous inhabitants of the hive...
The cafe. Luch is... bloody? Indeed. Tables are scattered and in a mess, with some tipped to form a wall. It worked well until they came through the vents...
Yum yum, tuna surprise anyone?
A little something from Portal, scratched into the back on the tipped table.
The Medlab: At first they didnt know what it was. It seemed to consume them from the inside... they would pass on... but they didnt stay dead...
Stage 1: Massive convulsions. Stage 2: Subject begins to bleed out from every pore in the body, a horific site. Stage 3: Death. Stage 4: Victim arises about 30 mins later...
Symptoms may include, but not limited to: Uncontrolable bleeding, vomiting blood, leisions on the skin, re-opening of wounds, and most often death.
Trying to wash it off has proven ineffective.
This is the General layout of the rooms.
Room 7: Sonix's place. (enjoy)
Room 13: Wangtang's Place.
Room 19: Dragonfire's place.
The Armory, though at the moment its a bit bare. New shipment of weapons and ammunition have been received and are are currently undergoing the resupply operation. Standby.
There you go. Level 2.
More to come: Level 3 and 4. Expect it really soon. ^_^ _________________

Nice. Do these prefab cars belong to anyone specifically?
I can always turn them into real cars ^_^
Anyways, i've decided i'm going to swap out all shiney floor textures for the non-shiney versions. It looks silly to have a near pitch-black room and have the floor being shiney -.-
I will say however, all levels are to be considered done.
Now im going through and fixing any problems, then i can attach it all together.
Its near completeness!! _________________

Well!, Since the original PREFABLAB does not exist anymore - & they have closed and reopened a few times @ different sites in recent years, I cannot find the original creators of the cars I used in my room!
The only place I did find a reference was the old 2k3 redirect http://uz2.gameservers.net/ut2003/

Progress Report, 11/8/07
Overall Completion: 80%
Name changed! This is now known as the Phoenix Complex!
I am happy to say that after a day of annoying fixing, the Phoenix Complex is nearly complete!
I spent the entire day creating the elevators to connect each floor, and attaching each level to eachother.
What is left now?
-Ground Level needs to be completed.
-A few personalized rooms left to do
-Add pickups (weapons/health)
-Test! _________________
