Especially if the ones getting played is their franchise/customer base!

Granted! It would probably take quite a bit of playing around for them to mess up the CoD Franchise, but why mess with a good thing! ???

That's the bad thing about riot shields, it should have some sort of "Its going to break so get your ass out of the fire 'o meter". Predators shouldn't be blocked by riots. Riot Shields are for riots, not missiles. The akimbo'ing goes to far with SMG's, who dual wields P90s, gets long range kills, and RELOADS IN 5 SECONDS. I mean, come on.

Intervention ain't no WA-2000. The Walther WA is the semi-auto third unlock.

Though the Riot Shield is amazing. It's capable of blocking predator missile strikes, .50 caliber barrages, and entire clips of LMGs while still being able to beat people silly. Nothing is more fun than chasing people down with a hunk of Plexiglas.

Ya, after the end of the singleplayer, I felt left out in darkness, but when you think about the ending and what might happen, it makes sense but you shouldn't really have to think.

Sequel? >.< hopefully so/not.

Without the 2 main things that makes players/modders happy, I have my doubts about the longevity of this release - but if you like being hopelessly hopeful(to each there own!)

I'm thinking that there will still be hardcore MW fans holding out til the last, and since the game-play is cool - it may last longer than I thought.
Realistically though, the next version will probably have better overall features for regular 'Game Engine' activities like modding to commence again and add to there fan base instead of depleting it hopefully! :P

Dedi servers arent something you "Gradually enhance" too, it should have been there from the first place. Its one of the significant features on playing on a PC. You shouldent have to piss off your entire PC gaming community to get around to patching in dedi servers.

The gameplay is AMAZING
The online play setup is TERRIBLE

yes autoplay, it is being boycotted FOR THE PC because they removed one of the most significant features and benefits of playing on a PC.
DEDICATED SERVERS.
With some no modding abilities thrown in.

Matchmaking is the worst thing they could have done, why remove something that worked fine. Why Give PC games Peer2peer laggy home connections? Why give the hosts a 0 ping advantage?

All they did was port over the xbox/ps3 version to PC with mouse/keyboard support and some graphics setting options, they felt the consoles deserved more attention so the PC version just got slapped over.

Now clans wont have a server to hang out on? Want to play a FAIR non laggy clan match on a stable Dedi server? too bad..
Host leaves the matchmaking game? Enjoy waiting 30 seconds for the match to be playable again.
Want to HOST a matchmaking game? Enjoy messing with router ports and UPNP for 30 minutes before your friends can connect to you.

Now their using VAC instead of Punkbuster, which is also terrible VAC is much more user friendly with reading peoples connections but its easier to hack. Look at CSS.
Punk-buster was annoying and booted you for insignificant things.. but it worked.

Im still debateing if this was worth my 60.
Maybe IW will notice the 200k petition and do something.
PC gamers got shit on.
