Just ask an admin for a prop when a build map is up, and they will assign one to you.
If you like the concept of building instead of killing(as I did/do when I first found it), you should take some time and research the matter - to make it happen the way you want it to.! ;)
You either need to login when one of the admin are on, or run your own server - and make your own props.
BTW, there are a few threads in this forum that deal with running your own build server too - all you need are a few files, the know how and willingness to do it! :P
Although, since the server is currently shifting to a more sniper/ballistic weapons oriented platform - you may have better luck at one of the other build servers, unless your up for a sniping match or two? :P
