I`m back! Some News...

Hi HSP-Members,

first, sorry for my looong Offline-Time. But i was disinterested in UT2004, so i forgot this Clan. Now im interested again, so WangTang was so kind and added my to the HSP-Memberlist again , THX to you *thumbup*

You all sure know the thing with the 'new board', which had been hacked. Well... it was ME! I just deleted everything and told, it was hacked. The reason was, because i paid for the board, and needed it to another Project. I know, it was kinda stupid, to said its hacked :oops: And I'm very sorry, that i lied to you! Please, forgive me!

Well, i still don't like this Board (not the Clan ;)), so i still want to make you a new forum :lol: But i want to use free Software (WBB lite), so i musnt delete it, when i need the board... 'joke'
Know i am a Designer and can make an own-created Design for the new Board. So, if you would give me the OK, i would do it.

I really want do this, because i feel bad about the story a half year ago! I really want to do it better this time!

If you had just told everyone that you needed it, I am sure everyone would be more then happy to let you have it back. Honesty works a lot of the time.

You're a designer? Cool, what are your specialties?

No longer being a HSP member, I am untitled to cast my vote, but I'm sure you could win back the hearts of the members :D

OK, I'm not a Pro-Designer, but i can do some nice effects. I think, i can modify the Armargeddon skin, like you wanted before. And i just can repeat, i was kinda stupid and lied to you, and I'm so much sorry.

More I cant do... So please, accept it and me ;)
Whats going up now? Shall I do it?

I really want to do this as a kind of indemnification. Hope, you'll agree and like the new forum. And i hope, you trust me anyway...

Yes, but i don't like the following things:

- createphpbb.com
- Design
- Ads

My created Board would be something like hsp.xe.cx or hspclan.xe.cx, with a nice exclusive Design and 100% adfree. I would create it for free and would make services for it. For Free! It can run on a phpBB or an wBBLite (my Fav, but i could install phpbb, too). I can install Hacks and Addons, whichever you want. And i can edit things, you cant edit on this board, because of createphpbb.

Well, it couldnt be bad! Its your choice...

And i could make you a homepage running on a news system. Here are some nice Designs i found:

Yeah, sorry about that. I just see someone I am un-familiar with coming on and trying to chnage things. I love this board, so many topis with such alot of information, seems a shame to waste it.

HSP has survived with this board for along time, so why change?

There is a time for every purpose.

I would probably agree with a new forum (or at least a change of names from jadepheonix) (which btw, jadepheoenix was originally an old BZ2 clan way back when) if we had more active members.

Unfortunately, I can count all the active members on my two hands.

The trick is attracting people to this clan, which is very dificult because 1) UT2004 is becoming less popular, 2) We lack a server on COD4 and 3) Few of you actually have UT3.

Joel, the time is not right for a new forum. But sometime int he future it will be.

Shunning the idea is less of the fact, my views were to stay with the current board and although I would prefer that, I was saying in the above post that it may be better to vote, create a poll and see what the majority want/think. At the end of the day, the last thing you want is a swap and having only a few people transfer to the new forum. If you want a new forum and you believe it is the right thing to do, then I will be fine with it. I will join the new forum and resume my contrebutions to the clan community.

I was encouraging you not to change as opposed to shunning away the idea and refusing to accept it.

Maybe I worded things a bit wrong.
