Yes, I am finally getting around to this. A long awaited change with the BTR.
Recently, I got some help from a guy who has found a way to make a true amphib vehicle. With this new info, I can create a transition-less amphib that will be able to traverse from land to water and back without any choppy changing and glitches. Say good by to the glitch transition and passengers falling into oblivion!
This new version is soon to come, and to start it off, I've done some additions to the BTR's model, which is now updated with more details.
Also to come: All passenger spots will have a machine gun to shoot from the side of the vehicle!

| Thats HOT. i remember one time a month or 2 ago one of those were spawnned in the build map, it was outide so i couldnt go far... and no one was on... but i was foolin around with it and its so much fun! i can just see it full of people like all of blue then we just all attack red X) o man i sence some fun times ahead on the HSP server ^_^ |

So which is it ? a hybrid vehicle or watercraft? or a new vehicle/watercraft type?
Can you use that info for flying vehicle types to be able to land on water?
Like maybe your Maelstrom concept - with deployable pontoons maybe? which I still work on from time to time.

Mealstrom is some crazy water whirll pool thingy
This is a full hybrid vehicle. No transforations needed!!
I will make a general "amphib" script to base this off of so if anyone is interested they can use the script. _________________

Ok, heres whats it looks like so far with the turret.
I was thinking of adding another passenger weapon, this would be attached to the turret, and it would be an anti-vehicle rocket. Fast moving, unguided, slow reload, big damage. That along with the main gun should definatly make this way more dangerous than a goliath. _________________

This follows up to my idea...
On the right side of the ele's is nothing... so how about putting a cargo lift there?
