Hey all, i know i havent been on l8tly but i goto keep 2 the GB time and its 6 hrs ahead of U.S, so i might me on weekends but i cant promis that and i have 2 keep to this sleeping pattern because i have collage soon and i dont want 2 ruin that so i have 2 suffer and go 2 sleep early around 8pm GB time every night, if i go 2 bed any later than that i will end up slowly getting back 2 the U.S pattern and i cant do that , well when i star collage i will be doing Art and Design and im hoping i might be using 3d software there so in my free time in collage i will be making some models i dont know what i will make but wll i will se when i start 8) that al for now cya all :D

Sorry 2 hear about yer early bedtime, what a drag!
If you've done anything with the free version of MAYA that came with the game, or any other free demo version of current graphics software you'll have a leg up on your classmates - and there's a newer version of the PLE now, I think it's 7.5 and it does everything!☻

It seems Maya is pretty hard to download...(i tried =/)
I have 7.0 for you if ya cant get 7.5 (+ ut plugin)
And i have belnder too, so if you need it, just ask!

When I DL'd it I think I had a little trouble too with Firefox's down-loader, so I used GetRight6.3!
Maya's cool to use but you still have to deal with the watermarks! :( ☻

:D well i have 3dsmax 7 and i have maya ple 8.5 but no i cant find the ut plugins for maya 8.5 and they dont do 7.5 or any bellow that anymore.
i have maya 6 unlimited on disk but its getting passed the security on it thats y i cant use that but if it comes 2 me using maya at collage i will just take a flash drive in there and copy everything :D

I got the UT-Plugin for maya 7.0
Maybe it works for 8.5

That would be cool! I would think, if it could successfully export a model it might be ok! but I wouldn't try exporting any animations - it handles the data a little differently. At least v4.5 did, and then sometimes it wouldn't work at all! LOL ☻

I got 3DS Max 7, and it works great ^^ explorting animations is bery easy too...

They do have a trial, but it's tempory. That is why I got the entire thing, for EDUCATION purposes. Hell, I'm not making money out of this.
