You might try 'MRT' in the run menu to run the MS Malicious Removal Tool, that is if you were smart enough to let it install or have DL'd it previously to scan & clean your system.
Or just pay a visit to www.avast.com (also has daily updates) or www.antivirus.com (from www.trendmicro.com using HouseCall) for a free online scan.

there is an auto scan when i download somwthing but somwhow it got through
ive tried many removal tools but it cant find it anywhere when i scan it says its in a folder but when i go to the folder nothing is there |
