Has anyone tried this free game version yet?

The videos look awesome, but the physics are a bit phony - since you can alter the trajectory and angle of the vehicle while in the air.
The retail version has an editor that you can make your own tracks and share them with your friends. But also sells for like 39.99 +tax & shipping no doubt.
