My desktop, but without the icons, I took the picture from Google since I've no idea how to hijack it from my PC...

Me and Sonix took about 30 mins to explain to Sam that the Print Screen button doesn't send what's on the screen to the printer, but to the clipboard.

The out of focus image is actually me, in a photograph I had, I was sitting on the floor. I used the black and white image with a gaussian blur to molt the majority of color together to get a stock basic color difference (nobody likes a solid color).

I like to make the effects my self in PhotoShop, it looks better and it's more rewarding once they're completed. I am also bettering my skills with the software.

Light blue through to green are the colors I enjoy working with, along with a few shades for purple.

Here is the pic, Fembot named it: "The Thinker".

Nice Lights!

I made a small gallery map section in UED that does a kaleidoscope effect on what ever texture you choose for the picture frame mesh.

Each one looks different than the other even if you use the same texture, especially since they're moving ever so slowly - so each time you look at them, they're different.

Sorry, no new wallpapers for me today!

If you like glass type desktops, and get good at making them - people may even want to buy them! As they seem to be one of the hottest items for wallpaper downloads. :P

Interesting. I hope I can encourage forum members to also try their hands at making some of their own. All of the ones I have made have been done by following tutorials, but I hope with the skills I learn from it, that once I run out of tut's to follow, I'll be able to make my own papers nicely, as well as even make my own tutorials for you guys! : O : D
